What we can treat right in the office

One of the most important things to know about our practice: many conditions that send patients to the ER or urgent care can be handled right here — often the same day or next day. In-office procedures are performed under local anesthesia. You're awake, there's no need for sedation, and you can typically go home within the hour. This saves you time, money, and the stress of a hospital visit.

Dr. Choi will evaluate your condition and recommend the safest, most effective and cost-conscious option — whether that's an in-office procedure, an outpatient surgery center, or a hospital setting.

Patient portal and records

Our practice uses electronic medical records to ensure your information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. You can access your health records, test results, and communicate with our office through our secure patient portal.

New patient forms can be completed online or downloaded and completed before your visit to save time at check-in.

About our scope of care

Dr. Choi previously performed major abdominal surgeries as a colorectal surgeon and Division Chief. While her current practice focuses on office-based and outpatient procedures, she welcomes consultations and second opinions for complex colorectal conditions — helping patients better understand their diagnosis, options, and what to expect.
