Appointment scheduling

If you believe you have a condition that needs to be seen urgently, it is best for you (or your referring doctor) to call our office directly. Sometimes, same day or next day appointment may be accommodated.

If you would like an appointment outside of the usual appointment hours, please call our office to inquire.

Please understand that on occasions, we need to adjust your appointment time to minimize wait time, based on the day's schedule and patient complexity (the computer is not smart enough to figure this out!). We will call to inform you ahead of time. All appointments are scheduled (no walk-ins).

When you make your appointment...

• We routinely verify patients' insurances prior to appointments. If you have alternative plan for payment please let us know. For existing patients, please inform us if there is a change in your insurance coverage.

• All new patients will receive automated email and/or text confirmation of appointment, with a link to complete online pre-registration (check-in). We strongly encourage you to do so since this will help us better prepare for your visit. You will also need to complete a Health History Form. Please see the Patient Forms page for instructions. If you prefer to complete the process by filling out paper forms, you may obtain the forms you need from the Patient Forms page.

• For existing patients, you will received automated email and/or text confirmation of your appointment, along with a link to check-in online, which we enourage you to do so to streamline the office visit.

• If you have a referring healthcare provider and/or relevant diagnostic tests performed (e.g. labs, CT scan, colonoscopy), please inform us when you call. We would like to obtain those reports for review prior to your appointment if possible, so the office visit can be streamlined. If you do not have the test report yourself, information about the date and the location (facility) of the test will be helpful.

Parking

Free parking is available on-site at the back of the office building.

If you are on Anderson Avenue (a one-way street), turn right onto Catherine Street after you pass the NJ Transit bus stop in front of the building. You may enter the building directly from the parking area.

You may also find free street parking on Anderson Avenue or the smaller streets around the block.

The building has elevator and is ADA accessible.

Public Transportation

NJ Transit bus #158 stops in front of our building (bus stop ID 11841).

NJ Transit bus #153, 159, 181, 182, 188, 755 and 756 make stops about 2 to 3 blocks away from our office building.

Our office is about 15 mins walk from the George Washington Bridge.

Many NJ-NY buses make stops at the GW Bridge Plaza bus stop.
